Bitdefender's firewall software is known to block Replay Media Catcher. This results in Replay Media Catcher not being able to download media. Please check your firewall settings and make sure Replay Media catcher (jrmcp.exe) is allowed to access the internet.

 

After updating our software, Bitdefender might suddenly start preventing access to the internet. We have found that, after receiving the error message, closing and restarting our software will allow access. This process may need to be repeated for each part of our software which accesses the internet (registration, tuning, and guides) and if our software has been updated.
